Submit new contracts and new title requests to neworder@kimbrough-law.com. If Kimbrough is the holder of the earnest money, it must be in the form of a wire transfer. To retrieve our wire instructions navigate here.
Please call our office 404.994.4610 to obtain the password to access the website. You can also retrieve our wire instructions under the document section in the Qualia portal, once you have access.
Your new contract and|or new title request will be processed in our system in 48 hours upon receipt.
Once your contract is processed, you will receive an email from our settlement software program, Qualia and an email introducing you to the paralegal assigned to your file. That paralegal will be the main point of contact throughout the entire transaction.
