How to start your Closing
Submit new contracts and title requests to neworder@kimbrough-law.com. Contracts and title requests will be processed in 24- 48 hours. Your point of contact will be emailed to you after your contract has been processed.
Kimbrough will gladly serve as your holder of earnest money deposit. All submissions must be by wire transfer. The wire instructions will be provided same-day as the contract submission.
For your convenience, we close at our Alpharetta, College Park, and Midtown (Satellite) offices—or
through our mobile closings, giving you the flexibility to choose where we close.
