Coffee with Counsel (CWC) is an educational platform created to train and support aspiring real estate attorneys and real estate professionals through practical, real-world instruction grounded in Georgia best practices.
For real estate attorneys, Coffee with Counsel offers a comprehensive course designed to teach the full Georgia real estate closing cycle—from contract to disbursement. Attorneys learn essential policies, systems, and workflows, along with practical application of Georgia real estate law, so they can confidently operate and scale a compliant, efficient closing practice. The attorney course is offered at $2,500.
For real estate professionals, Coffee with Counsel provides Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC) continuing education (CE) classes, as well as custom courses developed for strategic partners. These classes focus on compliance, practical knowledge, and strategic insight that professionals can immediately apply in their businesses.
Coffee with Counsel is built on the belief that education should be practical, accessible, and rooted in real experience—not theory alone.
